How the Service Process Works
Contact Me First
Before sending anything in, reach out with your model number, serial number, and a description of the problem. I'll let you know if your system is serviceable and what to expect.
Ship Your System
Package your system carefully and ship it to my shop in Napa, California. See the Repair & Shipping page for full packaging and address instructions.
Receive & Review
When your system arrives I read all the information you provided and check it over thoroughly.
Estimate & Approval
I work up a repair estimate and contact you to go over exactly what repairs are needed and the cost — before starting any work.
Repair & Return
Once you approve the estimate, I complete the repairs to Hilton quality standards and ship your system back to you.
Before You Ship
Set your system up at home and double-check that the problem is still there. I have received several sets that work perfectly when they come in. I have to spend a lot of time trying to reproduce the problem — and that is a lot of labor time, which equals your money.
